DO NOT GIVE OUT BANKING INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO CONTACTS YOU BY PHONE OR THROUGH EMAIL. NO ONE FROM LSB WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH ANY MEANS AND ASK YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

 

Filing a Fraud Dispute or Claim on your Debit Card:  (833) 995-2888

Contact us immediately at (833) 995-2888 to report unauthorized transactions under your account involving your Logansport Savings Bank debit card. You may also contact us at this number if one of the following situations has occurred:

  • If you believe you were charged an amount that you did not agree to
  • If a duplicate charge cleared your account
  • If you canceled a service and were charged,
  • If merchandise/service was not as described based on the description provided to you by the merchant,
  • If credit was not processed to you that was promised by merchant,
  • Or if you did not receive the merchandise or service that you ordered and was agreed upon by merchant.

This process will initiate the start of your fraud dispute and claim. Please stop by the branch if you need any further assistance with your situation.
